Hiểu về keo tản nhiệt

  • Bước 1:
    Phủ một lớp keo tản nhiệt mỏng, đều lên linh kiện (ví dụ: chip) bằng thìa hoặc dụng cụ bôi. Tránh tạo bọt khí.

  • Bước 2:
    Đặt tản nhiệt lên keo dán, ấn nhẹ nhàng. Không trượt; định vị chính xác ngay lần đầu.

  • Bước 3:
    Dùng kẹp, vật nặng hoặc băng dính để giữ tản nhiệt cố định trong quá trình đóng rắn.

  • Bước 4:
    Để đóng rắn theo hướng dẫn của nhà sản xuất—thường 24 giờ ở nhiệt độ phòng hoặc 1 giờ ở nhiệt độ cao.

  • Bước 5:
    Sau khi đóng rắn, kiểm tra độ bền liên kết. Không được có chuyển động.

Mẹo đóng rắn và kiểm tra
